My Thoughts are with Grant for a speedy recovery. My father In law was there when it happened and he said that Grant was in good spirits. Get Well Soon Grant.

Absolutely!

Get well soon Grant, from all of us here and all your fans everywhere.

I was looking forward to seeing him drive this weekend, but I think I feel more bad for him that he wont be at Bathurst this year.

Hope to see you back in action soon Grant!

I hope Grant does get well again soon.
A very unfortunate accident, which I am certain Grant will make a full recovery and be back on our TV screens soon. Ready to take on Bathurst next year with vengence.

I liked that quote :)

I'm sure it will be incredibly frustrating being stuck flat on one's back for several months, good to hear that Grant's in good spirits and best wishes to him for a speedy recovery.

Well, he seems to be doing ok...

He's back on tellyvision, doing the australias got talent and sunday night programs.

There was a story on Today Tonight with him on it, I didn't catch it, but apparently he said something like he will be leaving the driving of Monster Trucks to "the pros - they are in a different world to me" or something like that. Being a Channel 7 show, I reckon the whole thing was totally scripted.

He has said he will drive V8's again, but not monster trucks, and I think thats more to do with Channel 7 saying no more trucks for you, but you can still do V8's cos we have the rights to that. If he got his way, I reckon he would be back in a truck as soon as he could.

He still experiences pain apparently, still cant do certain things, but at least he's up & walking!

For Denyer, the convalescence after fracturing several vertebrae in a Monster Truck crash in September is now complete. The Seven Network television personality was a revelation in MINI Challenge last year and is now back to full racing fitness. Having competed in the Bathurst 12 Hour a couple of weekends ago, he will get his eye in for the Grand Prix this weekend at the Clipsal 500 in the V8 Supercar Development Series.

“I’m fighting fit and ready to pick up where I left off last year,” the gritty Denyer said. “There is definitely some unfinished business I need to attend to in MINI Challenge and I intend to do that right from round one at the Grand Prix.
